I have been hitting the desert loot crates, easy and medium caves religiously without any luck for the last couple of months. The desert loot crates are the same as the underwater loot crates on the island. The wiki states which items are possible from these crates.The West Water Cave on Island has a chance of dropping rex saddle BPs. There's 3 drops that spawn in there. I hit that cave every time the drops were up for 8-10 hours a day for 3 weeks. Only 1 rex BP ever dropped for me and it was an ascendant.
